In case of emergency, I have 5 jars of miracle whip in the pantry. :-) Hope you can find some soon. If not, let me know and I'll overnight you a couple of jars from my stash.
Pamela
(Tucson)pamelarichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17204990303401510408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10181892.post-32822098665987296532012-09-11T11:14:59.542-05:002012-09-11T11:14:59.542-05:00Glad your journey brought you home. I was going to make chicken sandwhiches the next day. No MW so I got a jar of chicken gravy to make open face sandwhiches. Buying gas hasn't been a problem. Gas prices are cheaper here than anywhere else we went in our travels.Beverly Hermanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04586380052308968879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10181892.post-41052294781893180492012-09-10T12:43:58.712-05:002012-09-10T12:43:58.712-05:00glad you are back home..Hurricanes are a scary mes...glad you are back home..Hurricanes are a scary mess..and it's stuff like the empty grocery shelves that are disconcerting too..
I will never forget my drive back into Houston the sunday after Ike ..the more south i drove the worse things got..and i could not believe my yard..all over, knee to hip deep in tree debris..as was everyone elses..but worst was being without electricity for 2 full weeks..no grocery stores at all nor gas stations closer than 15 miles.
good luck with the food search..a sandwich isn't the same without MW. ;-)Spirited Earthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05177223122928766532noreply@blogger.com
