It was a busy weekend. Our friend Aleta and Greg got married Saturday. The event was hosted at Aleta's parent's house. The ceremony was beautiful. I heard it was good luck to have rain on your wedding day. It must be true. I am wishing the happy couple many years of happiness together.

My girlfriends. All dressed up and we wore our favorite beadwork.

Left to Right:
Sally, Carol, Iris and Me (Bev)
It has been well over 4 weeks since I have touched my beads at home. This is the second bracelet I have made in this this color scheme. Black fire polish crystals and one cut bronze iris seed beads. The color combination is so rich and elegant. My sister Susie has the first one. Amiee made this one with these colors and I made another one yesterday.

I made earrings to match. Notice the difference in the colors. Both are made with the same color of beads. One is a scan (earrings) and the other is take with my camera (bracelet). I stayed up way to late beading but it was so much.

Thanks for stopping by.
