My friend Sally recently took a trip to Germany to visit with her Grand children. She brought back this beautiful hand painted Russian Lacquer. I love these hand painted boxes. This box is 1.5 inches in diameter. With a jewelers loop you can see the strokes of the tiny paint brush.
Judith Giffin gifted me with a picture of a crochet bracelet I made from one her designs. Judith recently took a photography class and has been practicing the techniques she learned. I love the detail and background in the picture.
