Just Another Beaded Rivoli

This year for Christmas I made a pledge to buy hand-made. I made beaded rivoli necklaces as gifts for family members. I heard they were a success. I made another one this afternoon to put in my etsy shop. Part of the description reads: If you need a little sparkle this black diamond jewel necklace is for you! It is just the right amount of bling to accent the t-shirt you wear with those jeans. Dress it up with your little black dress for a night on the town. Those rivolis are "Just like potato chips" You can't make just one and they do look pretty sassy on the gunmetal chains.

I love small projects like that... I just don't seem to make any. LOL.

I love rivolis. So sparkly. I like bezeling them, too. I made a bezeled rivoli necklace and added bicones around the rivoli. I like the simplicity of yours.

This looks like so much fun. Do you have a pattern for a beginner to try to do this? I got the beads today but I don't have a pattern to learn how to do it. Thanks so much. Your art is so gorgeous.

I have aquired a bunch of rivolis in a bead stash that I got in a yard sale. The larger ones will be no problem to set but there are tiny ones that are the size of 1/8th carat diamonds. what do you do with such tiny ones????
