What Jewelry Not To Wear

Beadinggem wrote a blog post about the TLC show "What not to Wear" I enjoyed her rendition with the twist on jewelry. In her post she showed model Natasha Poly wearing an over abundance of jewelry. This seemed like the perfect time to show off my model Miss Aimee (she loves my beadwork) Daughters are great that way! The look on her face seems to say "Oh you think this is too much?" She is sporting 7 cuffs and bracelets on one arm. The second arm has about six bracelets and around her neck there are 2 lariats, 2 collars and host of other pieces just hanging around. Isn't she beautiful!!

She certainly is beautiful, Bev! Seems every family has one of these types of daughters -- our Melissa wouldn't think twice about doing a similar pose . . .

Kathy V in NM (and your jewelry is gorgeous!)

Your jewelry looks wonderful on your daughter! The photo reminds me of a time when Cynthia Rutledge was going to teach at the bead store I go to, Findings. A beader came in wearing every piece she had ever made of Cynthia, a feat in itself. Maybe we should all have fun and wear "too much" more often!

Aimee is gorgeous! I have a friend who wears at least eight bracelets to beady events and one necklace. You may have actually met her! lol! And yes, it si sometimes over the top but she manages to make it look soooo natural!
