One Thing Leads to Another

A collaboration with my friend Sally resulted in this beautiful bracelet. I made mine working short rows. I used two small toggle for the clasps. Sally made hers with long rows and maded a beaded a toggle clasp. We both have Marcia DeCoster's Bead Opulence book. Oh the possibilities are limitless with the techinques Marcia uses in her designs. Bead Happy my Friends. Go buy Marcia DeCoster's book you won't be disappointed!

I love it and I do have Marcia's book - love that too. I have done a bit of RAW but find it confusing - I guess I can do it but I am always thinking it is going in the wrong direction - maybe it is : )

Wonderful, Bev - what great colours!

Jean just keep practicing RAW. Before long it will seem as natural as the other stitches you know.
Thanks Liz and Jean for stopping by.

This is exquisite, and the colors are sublime. I've been debating about buying the book (since I have to buy it sight unseen on-line), but seeing this bracelet has made the decision for me!

Ohh, that double toggle is great. Never thought of that as an option for bigger jewelry. Thanks for a nice post! :)
