The Invisible Join

I have been bead crocheting for about five years. I have tried my hardest to learn the invisible join to close a crocheted bracelet. Give me a bead and I could close that puppy!! I could just never get those beads to line up for me. Tonight I didn't have a choice. All those beads in my closet and not one matched this bracelet. I have been told if you hold your tongue just right it sometimes helps to make it work. I choose to grit my teeth and do it. The first attemp was one bead off. I took it out and tried again. Happy Days it worked!! The big question is will I be able to do it again on another bracelet. I feel like the old dog who just learned a new trick.

As long as you gritted your teeth once you removed your tongue. I mean, blood and beadwork, it's just not right!!

Beautiful work as always, Bev!!

Bev, that is beautiful. Will be waiting with bated breath to see if you can do this again, and I know you will.
