Bumps in the Road Bracelet

What makes this bracelet different? The technique. Instead of doing row after row of single peyote, I did a sequence of rows with fast peyote. It was amazing to see how quick the peyote worked up doing two rows at a time. Dona Anderson shared how to do this in a class she taught a couple of years ago in Shreveport, LA. I enjoyed picking out different color combinations for "Bumps in the Road Bracelet" My friend Judith from Beadline Studios has my favorite color combination pegged. Maral Gassner has kits available for her variation called "Peyote Shells"

Funny, I have been working on the same style for a work ID lariat for several months. I am using lime green and orange in varying sizes. If I would just buckle down and finish it, it would be cool to see another variation!
